I think I'm getting the hang of what happens when I use my weekly points. This week I used them for a Christmas buffet dinner at Ocean Point at which I had a small portion of several desserts and a glass of wine, and my 2 day stay at Dunsmuir Lodge at which I ate healthy buffet selections, desserts, and some baked goods for coffee breaks. I went into the weigh-in with a good 15 points left of my weekly slush fund but...
- More carbs equals more water retention
- All points are not created equal
- Alcohol also equals water retention
- Fequent eating keeps me more satisfied
